I have experienced the all-feared syndrome of a musician: the Repetitive Stress Injury! To be specific, I have had Tendinitis in my elbows, also commonly known as “Tennis Elbow.” I have been changing the way I practice and have discovered some bad habits that have formed, partly because of lazy practicing. I have learned in my time of recovery how to practice smarter and become more efficient in my practice time.
